Support plans are designed for websites built by SetupFocus or accepted after an onboarding review. Monthly allowances include time spent on agreed updates, checks, communication and reporting. Response targets refer to the initial response; completion time depends on the task and available monthly allowance.
Essential - £60/month

- Up to 30 minutes of small content changes

Business Care - £120/month
- Up to 2 hours of agreed changes per month
- Text, image, page and form updates
- Basic performance checks
- Target initial response within one UK working day
- Short monthly work summary
Priority - £250/month
- Up to 4 hours of agreed work per month
- Priority content, section and integration changes
- Analytics and performance review
- Monthly planning call
- Priority requests are reviewed during normal UK working hours
- Target initial response within one UK working day
Important plan terms
- Unused time does not roll over
